EXW (Ex Works): buyer takes over at the seller's premises and bears all onward cost and risk.
FOB (Free On Board): seller delivers onto the vessel; risk passes to the buyer at that point.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): seller covers freight and insurance to the destination port; risk still passes at origin.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): seller delivers to the buyer's door with duties paid - maximum seller responsibility.
